Alexander Cruz (Bernardo) is making his Lyric Theatre Debut. REGIONAL THEATRE: Bernardo/Dance Captain in West Side Story at North Shore Music Theatre, Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, Theatre By the Sea; Paul in A Chorus Line in the North American Tour ’13-’14, North Carolina Theatre, Surflight Theatre; Mercedes/ u/s Jean Michaela and Jacob in La Cage Aux Folles at The Goodspeed Opera House; Tribe Member in Hair at New Bedford Festival Theatre; Plato/Macavity in CATS, Prather Entertainment, Seabee in South Pacific, Prather Entertainment; Bolo/Onstage Swing in West Side Story North American National Tour. TELEVISION: Saturday Night Live with Selena Gomez, Netflix Original, The Get Down, and HBO’s Vinyl.  Alexander is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a BA in Mass Media Communications and a minor in Dance.  He’s thrilled to be joining the team at the Lyric Theatre!
