MONTY PYTHON’S SPAMALOT has come and gone, and oh boy, was it awesome or what?! It might go down as my favorite Lyric production of all time! I actually was able to watch four of the six performances; I might be addicted to laughter! So, although we are sad to see SPAMALOT go…

… it’s also exciting because it means A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC opens next week! Yay!

If you don’t already know what A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC is about, let me give you the 411:

First, it’s written by Stephen Sondheim – which means it’s poetic and expressive music! Think, WEST SIDE STORY, SWEENEY TODD, or COMPANY.
Second, it’s set in Sweden in 1900, so the set and costumes are gorgeous!
And third, it’s the show in which the imfamous song “Send in the Clowns” is found.
