During the 2011 run of Lyric’s A CHRISTMAS CAROL, Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma raised over $18,000 for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. Now, we’re getting the chance to support this wonderful organization again, along with the help of the Plaza District!
During LIVE on the Plaza this Friday, May 11, we will be accepting nonperishable food items to go to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. What feels better than knowing that you’re helping a fellow Oklahoman put food on the table? Even a Thunder win doesn’t give that same sense of satisfaction.
We’ll also have our box office open from 7 PM to 9 PM this Friday. We’re offering special discounts on tickets for the remaining 2012 season! You won’t want to miss our spectacular Civic Center season, which kicks off in a few short weeks.
