Updated Lyric COVID Protocol
Due to recent guidance from government officials, including the Centers for Disease Control, Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma is updating our COVID-19 policies and protocols.
As of April 1, 2022, we are pleased to announce that Lyric will no longer be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to enter the Plaza Theatre or for any Lyric Theatre performance at the Civic Center Music Hall this summer. Additionally, mask wearing is optional and at the choice of the individual.
Lyric is not alone in the national theatre community. As you visit other venues, you will see their protocols have already changed or may be changing in the near future. We suggest you visit each venue’s website for their most up-to-date safety protocols as they do vary due to local safety environments.
The health and safety of our Lyric family has always been our first priority, and we will continue to monitor case levels in Oklahoma City and update our policies in accordance with government health guidelines. Should anything change, we will update all patrons of any new protocols in advance of their ticketed performance.
We thank you for your understanding and patience over the last several months. We can’t wait to see you at the theatre!
