Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Oklahoma’s leading professional theatre, is seeking a Director of Development (DoD) to join our team and oversee all fundraising aspects for Lyric Theatre, a 501c3 non-profit organization. This position is a vital member of the senior staff working closely with the Managing Director, the Producing Artistic Director, and Board of Directors. The DoD creates and executes a comprehensive development strategy that includes corporate, individual, foundation and government funding as well as Trustee support. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with front-line fundraising experience and a track record of creating successful development campaigns. The DoD is responsible for 1.7 million dollars in revenue and supervises two full-time staff members: the Development Officer/Special Events Planner and Development Coordinator.

Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Oklahoma’s leading professional theatre, is seeking a Business Manager with 5+ years’ experience in a financial management. This position is responsible for maintaining the daily accounting and financial controls of Lyric Theatre. Working with the senior staff and the Finance Committee of the Board, the Business Manager helps provide financial insight, short-term and long-term financial analysis, and works with the leadership team to assure ongoing sustainability. Responsibilities include: payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, preparation for annual audit, providing financial reports for funders, cash flow management and maintaining strong internal cost control. The Business Manager reports directly to the Managing Director and works collaboratively with the entire staff to maintain a healthy financial environment. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required. This position is ideal for an energetic, detail-oriented professional who is eager to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced and beloved Oklahoma City institution.
Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Oklahoma’s leading professional theatre, is seeking a House Manager to be responsible for the smooth operation of the house during the run of the show. The House Manager oversees all public areas of Lyric’s Plaza Theatre, ensuring that the experience of each patron is safe and enjoyable. This position is perfect for someone who is quick on their feet, calm under pressure, trustworthy, and a great team member. The part-time House Manager must be able to manage a team of volunteers and ensure an optimal patron experience.

- Spot Light Operator
- Audio Engineer
- Audio RF Technician
- Changeover Overhire – Carpentry, Electrics, and Audio
